About create a future

create a future was formed in 2001 but had existed in previous guises as the Birmingham SATRO and as Setpoints for Birmingham and the Black Country.  Previously resident at the University of Birmingham, we moved to the Black Country (Cradley, Halesowen) in January 2011 and in September 2013 to our present location of Unit A14, Cradley Enterprise Centre.

The company has changed a lot over the years, starting as a one man business in 1986 in the SATRO persona to having over 12 employees during the AWM/regenration budget era and the Setpoint contracts for STEMNET.  Currently we run a minimum office with access to a large number of qualified people who tutor and deliver programmes for us.

create a future has always sought to encourage, enable and equip students to achieve their best potential whether they be at Key Stage 1 through to adults seeking to improve their performance in the workplace.
